• 7 or more days before check-in: full refund minus gateway fees.
• 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
• Under 72 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

One free date change if you are 7 or more days out, subject to availability.

Caution fee

After an inspection following checkout, the caution fee is refunded by bank transfer within 48 hours. Any deductions are itemised on a credit note.
